The right length. When you get it set to the right length you can lock it in with the adjustable strap. The big advantage with this feature is that your case is always balanced for the shotgun you are carrying. No muzzle up in the air or dragging on the ground. Just comfortably balanced on your shoulder or in your hand. It has a zippered side pocket for choke tubes, wrenches and accessories.
