Grouse Along the Ridge Roads
Grouse Along The Ridge Roads is the latest installment in Craigs upland adventures and it doesn't disappoint. His latest book follows the same literary path as his previous books and is composed from his gunning journals over the span of three decades gunning ruffed, blue and the Franklin's grouse behind his Ryman setters in the scenic mountains of Central Idaho. His gift of taking his readers into the moment with a descriptive prose, gives one the felling of actually walking with him and his setter through those special coverts. In addition, the familial aspects of his writings are one of the endearing parts of Craigs work, as he continues to narrate tales of gunning grouse with his three sons - Nate, Matt, and Kip. You can also expect more of his hand drawn pen and ink sketches along with Craigs beautiful black and white photography.
