Product Description

On the cover... The advent of homeswaged half-jacket bullets some 15 years ago was hailed as a great step forward, but they promised much more than they delivered. The factories met the objectives of the shortjacket bullet by extending the jacket beyond the beginning of the ogive, but handloaders weren't offered a means of making that type bullet - until recently when C-H introduced i t s new, economically priced threequarter jacket swaging dies. They are shown here with the new C-H Champion press and C-H bullet canneluring tool. The bullets are shown in the various steps: I coreseated, formed and finish-cannelured. Color transparency by Richard Aldis.
